Q. What is MoA?

Q. How can I invest in the MoA fund? How do I submit a query?

  • You can submit a query after you log in to your account. 

    1. Click “Query” from the Fund List or on the detailed page. 

2. Once your query is submitted, we will follow up with an email. 

Q. Must I create a new ID and password for MoA?

  • You can use your Google account to sign up.
  • You can log in using your MoA or Dorothy ID and PW.
  • If your biometrics information is registered to our database, then you may use your biometrics to log in.

Q. I signed up, but I didn’t complete the email verification or PIN code generation steps.

  • How to finish email verification 

  1. Log in to MoA using the ID and PW.
  2. Complete the email verification.
  • Once you finish your email verification, then press [Continue].
  • If you want us to resend the email, press [Resend]

How to generate your PIN code

  1. Log in to MoA using the ID and PW.
  2. Complete the PIN code generation.
  • PIN code has 8 digits
  • When confirming your PIN code, enter the same 8 digits.

Q. I lost my password. Can I retrieve it?

  1. Already have an MoA account? Press

2. Have you forgotten your password? Press

3. Enter your email address, then press

  • You must enter the email address you used to register.
  • If your email is already registered to MoA database, a reset link will be sent to your email.

Q. I want to change my password.

  • Menu > Setting > Change PasswordEnter
  1. Enter ‘Current Password’. – Press “Next”.

2. Enter ‘New Password’.

  • The password must be at least 8 characters..

3. Enter ‘Confirm Password’. – Press “Change Password”.

Q. I want to change my PIN code.

  • Menu > Setting > Change PIN code
  1. Enter the current PIN code

2. Enter the new PIN code

3. Confirm PIN code

Q. I want to use biometrics for identification.

  • Menu > Setting > Change PasswordEnter
  1. Enter ‘Current Password’. – Press “Next”.

Q. I want to delete my account.

  • Menu > Setting > My Profile
  1. Press [Edit]

2. Press [Delete account]

3. Read the pop message, then proceed.

  • If you want to keep your account, press [No].
  • If you want to delete your account, press [Yes, delete].

4.Fill in the following information.

  • Password is required
  • Comment is optional.

 

5. Select “Delete account” or “Cancel”. 

  • Press [Deleve account] if you want to permanently remove all your information.
  • Press [Cancel] if you want to go back.

Q. Can I continue to use the Moa v1.03?

  • You can access the previous version of MoA. The updated version is integrated with the previous version.

    MoA v.1.03 supports both desktop and mobile environments. You gain access from the web. You can access the MoA v.1.03 the following ways. 

    • From MoA App: Menu >Wallet
